CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
- Access to all scientific sessions.
- Documentation.
- Certificate of attendance.
- Lunch and coffee breaks as scheduled in the Conference Programme.
- Conference Dinner.

- PLEASE, BE SPECIALLY CAREFULL IN CHECKING WITH YOUR BANK THAT THE PAYMENT TO THE BENEFICIARY WILL AMOUNT THE PROPER REGISTRATION FEE (see above). BANK CHARGES ARE FOR ACCOUNT OF THE SENDER.
INVOICES:
To issue an invoice we need some data:
- Official name and address of the paying Institution/Company/person
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise Organizing Committee of a change of name.
- To cancel the registration, please notify Organizing Committee immediately:
- Provided written notice is received by March 2, a full refund will be given less 50 € administration charge.
- Provide written notice is received by March 30, a 50% refund will be given.
- It is regretted for registration cancelled after March 30, the full fee will be payable.
REMARKS ABOUT THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
- Below a button for accessing to the on-line Registration Form can be found. Please, fill in the required information and submit it.
- Please, remember that the registration procedure is not finished until the payment is made and the transfer receipt has been sent according to above guidelines.
- The registered delegate will be notified after the reception of the payment, by e-mail.
