I obtained my degree in Biology (2014) and a Master in Molecular, Cellular and Genetic Biotechnology (2015) from University of Córdoba (UCO).
In 2016, I joined the group of Dr. Félix Prado at the Andalusian Center for Molecular Biology and Regenerative Medicine (CABIMER, CSIC) in Sevilla to study the physical interaction of yeast MCM helicase with the ribonucleotide reductase (RNR) and other factors involved in its regulation, as well as its role in the response to DNA damage with a competitive PhD Training Fellowship by the Spanish Ministry of Science & Education (FPI). I defended my PhD Thesis in May 2022 and continued my research at CABIMER until January 2023.
In February 2023 I joined the Fusarium Lab at the University of Córdoba to study the genome dynamics of F. oxysporum during infection.
