Biography
Rafael Real-Calvo received his M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications from the University of Vigo, Spain, majoring in Communications. His professional experience includes areas such as RF systems and fiber optic networks, at companies as Endesa or Ericsson. Today is full time professor at the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Universidad de Córdoba, Spain, being focused his teaching activity in electronic systems and electronic instrumentation. His main research activity is oriented towards the design of Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) in distributed generation power systems, a field in which he has published in several journal and conference papers.
