Received the B.S. degree in Agronomic Enginnering in 1992, from University of Cordoba, Spain. Since 1998 she is Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Policy of the University of Cordoba, Spain. She has developed her Doctoral Thesis in Evaluation of Agricultural and Rural Policies, Agricultural competitiveness and Rural Planning, the denfense was in January 2002.
